The Bride & Groom

Kathy and Amir met at Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara while perusing degrees in photography. Their first date came towards the end of their time in college on July 10th, 2011. Since then they have moved three times and ended up with two shelter kittens. After six years, they are very excited to get married and continue with their journey as husband and wife.

 

 

Ceremony and Reception

Pickwick Gardens - 1001 W Riverside Dr. Burbank, CA 91506

 

The ceremony will be held outdoors under an awning and the reception will be held indoors.

TIP: Please make sure to take the west driveway to the parking lot on the right.

Dining

- Entrée Options -

New York Strip Steak Bleu - 10 oz roasted New York strip steak with bleu cheese served with mashed potatoes and vegetables.

Mediterranean Chicken - Herb marinated grilled chicken breast served with lemon cream sauce and topped with tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, and fresh basil compote. Served with herb roasted red potatoes and vegetables.

Salmon Oscar - Rolled salmon filet stuffed with Alaskan snow crabmeat served with Sauce Maltese (Hollandaise with a twist of blood orange) and baby shrimp. Served with Basmati rice and vegetables.

Vegetable Kebobs - Grilled skewered fresh zucchini, yellow squash, champignon de Paris, red and green sweet bell peppers, plump cherry tomato and carrot brushed with balsamic glaze. Served with couscous folded with dried cranberries, raisin and apricot. TIP: Couscous is not vegan friendly

 

- Salad -

All Entrées served with Calvados Spinach Salad - seared sweetened cinnamon Jonathan apples with toasted walnuts, crisp bacon (on the side), crumbled feta cheese on spinach greens served with sweet apple cider vinaigrette

 

 

Children

Chicken Tenders Meal - Crispy chicken tenders served with ranch dipping sauce, French fries and fruit.
